Overview
Updates README and ADVANCED to match current provisioning and onboarding workflows.
Onboarding: The quick-start no longer documents
nrf_cloud_onboard; users are directed to the device onboarding quickstart and portal upload (Devices > Add devices). ADVANCED adds theonboard.csvrow format and documents howdevice_credentials_installer/create_device_credentialsproduce that file (--csv,--append,--replace, 1000-row limit).Modem-less devices (nRF71 / nRF70 Wi‑Fi): New Devices without a modem section covers
--cmd-type(nrf_cloud_cred_shellvstls_cred_shell), required--id-str, firmware/Kconfig notes, and example commands. README adds a matching quick-register example and links to ADVANCED.Other doc additions: Legacy API key is scoped to scripts that still need it; cellular device ID guidance is simplified (NCS v3.4+ defaults vs older Kconfig).
create_device_credentials --embed-save(and--coap) is documented with a testing-only security warning.Heading/caption style is normalized (sentence case) across both files.
